Job Description

Student worker position to work in our Grounds area. Schedule is flexible for up to 20 hours per week. Hours are between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Hours will vary during snow season. This position is a federal work study position. Please be sure to verify your eligibility for Financial Aid with the Financial Aid office prior to applying to the position. Position is available at the main campus in North Canton as well as the Akron campus at Perkins. Responsible for trash clean up, dump trash cans, sweep up trash, mowing, weed eating, watering flowers, plant flowers, snow removal, shovel walks, spread salt, wash vehicles, trim shrubs. Must be able to run power equipment, have the ability to perform heavy manual labor, ability to work in all weather conditions. Some landscaping experience is a plus. Possession of a Valid driver's license is preferred.
