What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be leading a talented team of market managers and field sales reps, driving our expansion efforts in multiple states. As an early-stage business, your role will evolve over time, but you can expect to:
Scale our 'field sales' team from a tight-knit group to a force of around 100 passionate individuals.
Expand our sales footprint from a couple of states to a nationwide presence, ensuring our solutions reach as many people as possible.
Develop a comprehensive library of training materials to support our growing team, fostering their development and success.
Establish clear, measurable goals for the team aligned with our company's growth targets, utilizing cutting-edge CRM tools.
Monitor and optimize the performance of our sales team, working closely with our Data & Revenue Operations teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and coaching to your direct reports and their sales representatives, helping them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization to shape our geographic, vertical, segment, and product strategies.
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions with local market managers to refine tactics, review pipelines, and drive accountability.
Create intuitive dashboards to track the progress of each sales representative, ensuring we're always moving towards our goals.
Spend your first few months diving deep into the field, doing 'ride alongs' with our current sales reps and market managers.
