Treasury Management Officer
A Treasury Management Officer is a banking professional who services commercial clients and their cash management needs. This is a relationship-based role, where relationships can span millions of dollars. Working hand in hand with loan officers and portfolio managers, Treasury Management Officers are the backbone of the movement of money with commercial clients.
Treasury Management Officer Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 5-7 years of relevant treasury management experience
* Strong teammate who enjoys collaboration with internal partners
* CTP or equivalent
* Treasury Management product knowledge, including but not limited to Online Banking/Information Reporting, Payments/AR & AP (wires, ACH, ICL, RDC, RTP, etc.), SFTP connectivity for industry standard file types (for BAI2, ISO20022, NACHA, CSV), lockbox setups, positive pay, and ACH filter
Treasury Management Officer Responsibilities:
* Develop new business primarily with prospects, as well as existing clients in assigned territories
* Maintain a high level of qualified in-person calling activity, completing responses to customer or prospect request for proposal and general sales activity, primarily for new prospective relationships
* Maintain senior-level contact with top and high-priority customers
* Develop territory plans, account strategies, and call plans required to consistently achieve revenue and profit goals
* Coordinate calling activity with assigned Relationship Managers
* Provide account reviews for assigned top-priority customers
* Participate in independent and/or joint calling with product partners
* Assist in general marketing activity as required for trade shows and other targeted industry events
* Perform other duties as assigned
