Impact:
As our Sales Trainer, you will train new employees and support experienced employees in performance improvement.
Pay: $50,000 Annually plus bonus pay
Duties:
Create educational materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure staff motivation.
Onboard and prepare new sales representatives, develop individual coaching plans, and provide resources and assistance.
Conduct training sessions.
Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data.
Listen to sales calls and provide training for the sales team to improve phone skills.
Structure training plans to meet sales objectives and monitor sales objectives and results.
Report on the impact of training programs.
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs.
Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our sales team.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
Valid driver's license in state of employment with a good driving record
Excellent communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Highly driven with a positive attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Takes direction easily
Willing to support and achieve the goals of the Sales department
Good computer skills
Must be willing to work weekends
Advanced customer service and time management skills.
Seasoned presenter and extremely comfortable leading a group.
Demonstrated ability to design effective training programs.
Outstanding coaching skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience with building and developing teams in a sales position.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
Certification in training is a plus.
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
