Role : PEGA Developer

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : Onsite in Phoenix AZ

Must-Have Skills:

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver robust Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications and workflows based on business requirements.
• Implement and configure Pega rules, flows, data models, UI components, and case management.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop integration services using REST, SOAP, JMS, and other protocols.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest Pega trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Certification : Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) versions 7.x or 8.x.
• Experience in developing Pega applications using Pega PRPC tools such as Designer Studio, Pega Express, etc.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
• Understanding of database concepts, SQL, and familiarity with RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience in Pega deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
