Job Description:
Are you passionate about fitness and ready to take your career to the next level? As a Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer at Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, you’ll have the opportunity to lead high-energy classes and build a thriving personal training business. This role is more than a job; it’s a chance to inspire others while achieving your own career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group Fitness: Lead at least 3 high-octane group fitness classes per week, channeling the energy and intensity of Mayweather's training methods.
- Personal Training: Acquire and maintain a minimum of 4 personal training clients per month—your success in this area is crucial for continued employment. The goal is to grow and maintain a roster of 10+ clients, offering substantial earning potential.
- Client Engagement: Be the motivator and coach your clients need, driving them to achieve their best in both group settings and one-on-one training.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate top-tier professionalism and accountability, making you a standout in the industry.
Compensation:
- Group Fitness: Earn $17.50/hr. minimum and, additionally, up to $54 Instructional per hour with class utilization bonuses.
- Personal Training: Significant earning potential through a commission-based structure, with higher percentages for more clients. Earn 45% minimum PT commissions and up to 60% of your PT acquisition commissions (performance reward scale).

8. National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
9. National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT)
