Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pizza / Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for creating delicious Neapolitan pizzas. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences
- Grill, fryer and cold line experience
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with bussing tables and providing excellent customer service
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza preparation and with a brick oven
- Proficiency in food handling
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
