Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about financial analysis and strategic planning. The successful candidate will support our financial strategy team in analyzing financial data, developing strategic recommendations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing financial statements, reports, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Help develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to predict future financial performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Support the budgeting and planning processes by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial analysis software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Previous internship or work experience in finance or financial analysis is a plus.
