Interiors Project Manager for Local General Contractor

A dynamic and innovative general contractor is seeking an interiors project manager for their self-perform division. Position Overview:

As an Interiors Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of interior projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning and Coordination:

* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

* Team Collaboration:

* Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
* Work closely with designers and architects to translate design concepts into actionable plans.
* Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.

* Budget Management:

* Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

* Client Relations:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceeding expectations.
* Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.

* Quality Assurance:

* Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and design excellence.
* Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in interiors as a project manager
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
