What You Need For This Role:
-3+ years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and other related systems.
-Experience with pre-construction & estimating preferred
-Able to manage construction budgets and documents such as RFI's, change orders, and submittals
-Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Programs, and MS project preferred
