Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support :
   • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
2. Research and Reporting :
   • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
   • Assist in the preparation of executive reports and presentations.
3. Project Management :
   • Assist with special projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned by the executive.
   • Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in office management or other relevant administrative support experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.

Equity-Based Compensation Opportunity:

As part of the SOULCHI team, you'll take part in our equity-based compensation model, aligning your success with the success of our business. After much research, we have found the fairest equity model for a startup. We use the Slicing Pie model. The first phase is equity-based only, which we are currently in. Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. In the second phase, which happens at the break-even point, the equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage, and compensation switches to salary + benefits. Your equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to own a piece of the future.

As such, we offer flexibility in working hours for the Executive Assistant role, with the opportunity to work anywhere between 15 to 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate's availability and suitability for the role.
