What’s a typical day as a Corn Sorter? You’ll be:

Removing all nonconforming material such as husks/stalks, damaged/moldy product, rogues and off-types, and inert material (weeds & refuse)
Keeping the work area clean and orderly
Standing, sitting, reaching motion with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and communicating effectively
Frequently exposed to continuous elevated noise levels and moving conveyors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are able to work the scheduled hours for Team 1 (Monday-Friday 6:00am-12pm and Saturdays 6am-6pm) or Team 2 (Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm and Sundays 6am-6pm)
Are able to communicate in Spanish (Spanish-speaking workers are welcome)
Have the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping
Are comfortable working in a noisy environment
