Job Description

The Compensation and Equity Analyst will join CLEAR’s Total Rewards team to support the administration and management of CLEAR’s compensation program. You will be a key player in the day-to-day business operations by making recommendations on job offers, conducting salary analysis using market data and internal evaluations.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the People team to ensure compensation offers and practices are in line with CLEAR’s compensation philosophy
  • Assist with the management of CLEAR’s equity platform (Fidelity) including updating monthly reporting, distribution of monthly grants, and vesting transactions
  • Update reports that provide management with a view into people HR metrics and ensure the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports
  • Partner with the Senior Compensation Manager to evaluate and analyze salary data and provide regular detailed reports on competitive analysis
  • Assist with the maintenance of Workday Compensation Modules including: grade and grade profiles, employee salary information, monthly stock value updates, comp plan assignment auditsProvide analysis for quarterly/annual incentive plan budgets and reviewing company wide annual bonus plan, partnering with the Finance team for bonus accrual

How you'll measure success:

  • Accuracy in Data Analysis: Ability to accurately collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and other People data
  • Timeliness of Deliverables: Ability to complete key tasks & projects on time; effective time management and organizational skills

What you're great at:

  • 1-3 years of experience in broad based compensation preferred
  • Experience in multiple areas of compensation including job matching, market pricing, incentive compensation, equity operations and administration, job architecture, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to effectively envision and develop repeatable models
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to organize information for Senior Leadership

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
