• As a Clinical Supervisor in Northborough, MA, US, you will provide therapy services to assigned clients while upholding evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, ensuring a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and suitable goals.
• Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal care and outcomes for clients.
• Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process.
