We have been growing the Fort brand since 2018, and have recently moved into a brand new 25,00 sq. foot facility with amazing amenities such as:

  • Expansive outdoor patio with a state-of-the-art sound system and retractable roof
  • Brand new brew system and canning line
  • Wine Room with extensive wine selection
  • Barrel Room with carefully select barrels for beer conditioning
  • Beer and Wine training and reimbursable certification for staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for facilitating a great experience for our guests by providing excellent guest service.
  • Provide a memorable experience by demonstrating a strong passion for beer, wine, food, entertainment, and great guest service.
  • Share your knowledge of our core products (Beer, Wine, Food, Entertainment)
  • Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment while providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional hospitality by tour-guiding guests through our food and drink menus, while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients.
  • Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that will exceed guests' expectations.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
  • Help with keg changes/beer line maintenance.
  • Learn about beer serving, tasting, sensory testing. (Training Provided)
Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Must have current food handler’s certification.
  • Must have current TABC certification.
  • Must be able to lift to 50lbs. comfortably.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for most of your shift.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling process as well as sanitation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to learn the menus.
  • Knowledge of equipment safety.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Open availability is a plus, but not a requirement.
