Overview of the Position We are seeking a Digital Ads Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving new business through strategic paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms with a primary focus on achieving and exceeding a 2:1 Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Key responsibilities include conducting market research, designing compelling ad creatives, managing budget allocations, and performing data analysis to track performance and make data-driven adjustments. The Digital Ads Manager will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize the effectiveness of our advertising investments.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: â Campaign Development and Management: Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and others to drive new business leads and conversions.
â Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure a minimum of a 2:1 ROAS.
â Market Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough market research to identify how best to reach our defined ICP, refine audience segments, and tailor ad messaging to effectively reach and engage potential customers.
â Creative Collaboration and Ad Design: Collaborate with our team to design visually compelling and persuasive ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
â Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently, prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements
â Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit with a demonstrable track record of achieving high ROAS.
â Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance.
â Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative ad strategies and creative content that resonate with target audiences, along with strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
â Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative departments to ensure cohesive and effective advertising efforts.
